The BCC’s response to the DCMS consultation paper is available here. As the BCC’s mandate covers only matters of copyright and related rights, our response is limited to the proposal to remove s.73(3) of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 which we welcome, rather than to the wider regulatory framework.
