The BCC has been asked to consider how the CCE may interface with commercial licensing arrangements, which fall outside the proper remit of a government body. This is particularly important in a nascent market, like AI licensing where licensing practices are still developing. The CCE should not intervene in the development of that market at this crucial stage.
