The BCC has appointed Ruth Hennessy as Research Assistant for the Independent Code Review. For the next six months, Ruth will work with Walter Merricks, CBE, the Independent Code Reviewer on the Call for Evidence. Ruth has an LL.M in IP (with distinction) from Queen Mary, University of London and a BCL from University College Dublin. Ruth is currently working in the field of IP Strategy and has proven research and communication skills.
The Call for Evidence launches in January 2014 and concludes with the publication of a Report in May 2014.
