Following a survey and provisional report prepared and circulated by the BCCs Secretariat in December 2012, a separate Working Party of BCC members, made up of Bernie Corbett, Maureen Duffy, Kevin Fitzgerald, Janet Ibbotson and Linda Royles carried out a review into whether and how collective management organisations participating in the process had implemented their codes. This Report was endorsed by the British Copyright Council at its meeting on 17th July 2013. It includes the results of the review and makes recommendations to CMOs. The Report will be made available to the Independent Code Reviewer once appointed and has been sent to all participating CMOs. The Report has also been sent to the Minister, Viscount Younger of Leckie and to IPO officials.
