BCC Responds to the Call for Evidence by the Joint Committee on Human Rights

The BCC has submitted its response to the UK Parliament’s Joint Committee on Human Rights’ Call for Evidence.  The response focuses on the Convention rights that are most relevant to BCC members, and in particular the right to property under Article 1 of Protocol 1 ECHR.
