Other British Copyright Council training schemes
Copyright and related rights are an important tool for those at the “business” end of the creative and cultural industries but they also provide our creators and performers with a means of earning a living.
Many of our industry bodies offer training and CPD to their members and strive to ensure standards in vocational education across the UK. Their knowledge and understanding of their sectors is second to none and for anyone outside the legal profession they should be the first port of call for information about copyright training.
The British Copyright Council’s only direct involvement with training is its Intermediate Level Training Course in Copyright and Related Rights intended mainly for government officials from developing countries. This two week intensive course is organised by the British Copyright Council on behalf of the WIPO Worldwide Academy and in association with UK-IPO and UK copyright industries.
